We allow our clients and potential clients to provide requested information in whatever manner the client wishes.

Locklar PLLC uses personal information solely for tax reporting and for purposes of the engagement, such as communications with clients and potential clients, billing, and payments.

Locklar PLLC is maintained only on the firm’s systems, Microsoft Exchange email, Paychex, and QuickBooks, and with our bookkeepers and tax accountants.

(4) Who has access to the personal information

Personal information collected by Locklar PLLC is accessible only by firm employees, Paychex, and our bookkeepers and accountants.

In addition, we may use services hosted by third parties to assist in providing our services. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including your IP address or cookies.

(5) The method of disposal of the personal information

Locklar PLLC maintains all client files for protection of the firm and its clients. However, our clients and potential clients may contact us by phone or email at the contact information on our website at www.al-ip.com to request deletion of specific information. In response to a request, we will delete specific agreed personal information unnecessary for protection of the firm or our clients.
